QNova Contract Management

Complete control of all the contracts and agreements to which a company is party helps to safeguard financial stability. Traditionally, however, significant administrative resources have been required to manage large numbers of contracts. Now, thanks to an active reminder function, QNova Contract Management alerts users so that it is impossible to miss deadlines for renegotiating or terminating contracts.

This software functions both as a stand-alone for supporting all types
of contract management activities and as an integrated component in the QNova Document Management system. It can be run either via a web browser or in Lotus Notes client.

Complete control
QNova Contract Management provides a complete overview of all registered contracts with customers and suppliers: everything from customised delivery, service and support agreements linked to your company's core business, to standard leasing agreements, contracts of employment and telephone subscriptions. As soon as a contract has been registered in the system, it can be accessed by all those authorised to do so.

The system also manages links between different types of contract. This means that you can link one or more contracts to a framework agreement and then get an overview of which contracts are interdependent.

Easily managed system
The various contracts are administered in a clear, multi-tab system with sort and search options that make it easy to find information about the type of contract, period of validity and the person responsible. Each tab conforms to a basic design, but can be freely edited and supplemented with information fields adapted to the user's own business.

QNova Live
A new concept enables our customers to make use of an internet-deployed, pay-as-you-go, software-on-demand service instead of installing applications on their own server. All that is needed to use the service is a computer on which a web browser has been installed. QNova Live is our equivalent to the Cloud or SaaS (Software as a Service).
