QNova Document Management incorporates a drawing tool so that users can create their own images, for example process charts, flowchart images or other images in a hierarchical structure. You can use the drawing tool to create your own images, or import them from another program. To move around the document structure, the user simply clicks on the image to access new, underlying images or charts that can include, for example, sub-processes and activities. It is a straightforward, intuitive way to rapidly find what you need among vast amounts of information.

Clear structure

Documents can be created, modified and stored efficiently and effectively. They can be easily distributed within an organisation in order to be dealt with, referred for consideration and reviewed. The document owner subsequently approves and is responsible for the final version. After a document has been approved, it is published automatically and then becomes available to all those authorised to view the contents. Each new version automatically replaces the previous edition, which is then archived for reference.
