All the various QNova Systems products are easy to use - once you have familiarised yourself with their different functions and finesses. By buying one or more of our products, customers also buy training for the users of these products at the relevant workplace. These training courses can be described as "tailor-made" in the sense that there is a difference depending on whether a user's duties are purely administrative or whether a user actually produces the documents to be managed. There is also a difference in the structure of the training courses for customers who are switching directly from paper-based flows and those who already have experience of other document management systems.

The courses take place on the respective customer's premises. While there is no upper limit for the number of participants, in our experience groups of 6-8 tend to produce the most dynamic training environments and are most advantageous for all those concerned.

Administrator training
Training for administrators constitutes a basic element of all our products. This provides an in-depth knowledge of the different tools and the most appropriate methods of working for each individual workplace. All those who attend the course are subsequently entitled to free support from us. The idea is for administrators to act as a support function for their own colleagues at work.

Training for the people who produce documents
For our QNova Document Management software we run courses for co-workers who are involved in producing policy documents, quality and financial documents, instructions, routines, descriptions or similar documentation. Unlike the administrators, there is no need for these people to know in detail how the system is constructed. What is important in this instance is to have a thorough grasp of the entire chain, to know how to create documents and how to use the document flow in order to make optimum use of our products.

Portal training
QNova has a portal that is used to link together information from the different QNova products - with QNova Document Management as its hub. The portal is web-based. For anyone searching for information, it is simply a matter of clicking on the right image or icon to view what is required. After completing the special Portal Training Module that we offer, a company can build its own portal based on its own specific needs. A good portal is a basic requirement for ensuring the optimum functionality and operational efficiency of our system and our products.
