Now administrative staff at Polygon no longer need to scour various databases to manage many different types of information. Thanks to QNova Document Management software from QNova Systems, they can now work more efficiently and with even greater quality assurance.

Polygon Sverige AB, headquartered in Täby, just north of Stockholm, has 35 local offices throughout Sweden from Malmö in the south to Kiruna in the north. Just over 140 employees in Sweden and a total of some 2,000 in the Group’s operations in Europe and North America are experts in delivering solutions to prevent or mitigate the effects of fire, water and humidity.

“For the past 40 years we’ve been helping insurers, property owners and industrial companies with climate management, drying solutions and the documentation of damage caused by humidity,” explains Torbjörn Borg in Polygon’s Malmö office.

Polygon deals with large amounts of information as part of its business operations – not only documentation relating to quality and the environment, but also to the work environment, human resources, training materials, etc.

“For us, the big advantage of QNova Document Management is being able to gather all of this information in one single application with a clear, user-friendly interface that resembles a website. Previously we accessed different types of documents via different databases. That meant we wasted a lot of time opening up and closing down the various systems. This new, all-in-one system also provides a way to help us to quality assure our work,” says Torbjörn Borg.
